Product Details
花びらの様な円すい形のドリッパー。
滑らかな手触りが楽しめる有田焼。薄くて軽く華奢な印象がありますが、上質の天草の土を使用し1300度の高温で焼成されるので、もとの鉱物に近い堅さになります。
有田焼、磁器の特徴として素地が白いので、淡い色を表現することが出来ました。
珈琲の層が深く、お湯を注ぐと円すいの頂点に向かって流れる為、コーヒー豆本来の旨味をしっかりと抽出することができます。
ドリッパー内部のリブを花びら形状にすることで、空気層ができ、布フィルターのような膨らみを実現しました。
手にフィットして持ちやすい一体型ハンドル。
底に大きな一つ穴を用いる事で濾過層を深く維持し、コーヒーのうまみ成分を引き出します。
抽出部分にリブをつけることで、コーヒー液の道を確保し、安定した味になります。
底にサーバーやカップを置くためのガイドが付いています。
