Sweet scent.
The moment I opened the canister, a sweet scent like honey spread throughout the store.
When ground in a mill, it was wrapped in a gorgeous scent like a bouquet.
When I brewed the coffee and drank it, it had a nutty sweetness and a mellow sourness, and it was light and very easy to drink.
This time's Brazilian coffee beans are NEW CROP (new harvest) from the Santa Rosalia farm.
The sweet and gorgeous scent can be said to be a feature of NEW CROP.
I prefer dark roast to light roast, but I wanted to drink more Brazilian beer, so I became a big fan.
