Hand pick after roasting

Even if it is hard to tell when the green beans are raw, there are some beans with defects that change color when roasted.

There are defective beans that affect the aroma and taste even if only one grain is included.

After roasting, we check each bean by hand and remove any defective beans.

And the product that can be offered to the customer is completed.

It's a steady process, but it leads to a stable taste with few miscellaneous flavors.
